MPACT for Teams

An others-focused assessment that shows how each person on your team elevates the mission — and where your culture’s blind spots are.

MPACT opens personal growth journeys and practical team insights

Name the friction, not just the fallout...

with a shared vocabulary for interpersonal dynamics that otherwise get read as personality clashes.

See what your culture rewards—and overlooks...

before collective blind spots show up as burnout or mission drift.

Turn self-awareness into role design...

with task assignment, communication, and succession planning built around real strengths.

MPACT Team Assessment + Team Dynamics Session

Before a team can go farther, it has to understand itself. MPACT measures five quotients — Mentoring, Pioneering, Aligning, Championing, and Teaching — that describe how each person helps a team and its people reach full potential. The process helps each individual understand how they show up for others, how others need them and how they need the strengths that others deliver.

  • Reframe conflict as design, not dysfunction. Comfort, Complementary, and Challenge Zones explain why some pairings click and others create friction — without assigning blame.

  • Lower resentment over unmet expectations. Low scores in a person’s bottom two quotients reframe gaps as natural wiring, not a character flaw.

  • Surface burnout risk early. An intense expression — a 20+ point spread — flags people prone to over-functioning before it becomes a pattern.

  • Build a shared feedback language. “That’s a Teaching move, not a Mentoring one” becomes neutral, not a judgment call.

  • Create pathways for both personal and team development. MPACT helps individuals chart new areas for personal growth, while giving them insight into how to show up and receive others on the team.

What is MPACT?

MPACT is an others-focused assessment of how each person elevates a team — not a personality test about who someone is, but a picture of how they help the people around them reach full potential.

Every person carries a unique combination of five quotients: Mentoring (relationships & community), Pioneering (mission & movement), Aligning (purpose & values), Championing (connection & cause), and Teaching (learning & legacy).

No one is strong in all five — that’s the point. A healthy team needs each quotient represented across its people, and MPACT shows you exactly who covers what.

Aggregated across a team, these patterns reveal collective blind spots before they show up as burnout or mission drift. A team skewed toward Pioneering and Championing but light on Aligning or Mentoring will be fast and inspiring, but weak on values-integrity checks and relational care.

Because the framework is others-focused rather than self-focused, it reinforces a service-oriented culture instead of personality-test navel-gazing — legitimizing specialization instead of guilt over not being equally good at everything.

No one is balanced in all five — that’s exactly why teams need each one represented across their people.
